Like all toddlers Biggs has many interests. But he spends most of the day going between 3 very distinct activities.1. Reading, or being read to. He will dig and dig through the mountains of books he has to find the perfect one(s). He literally would sit on my lap all day and be read to. That is if I didn't have to cook, clean, and work!
2. Coloring. He LOVES to color. Whether it be an actual color book, a picture we drew for him to color or a piece of paper (blank or not). He even likes to color the front door! Right now it is still mostly white, but has the most intricate green detailing about 33 in up.
3. Playing with the farm and the animals that go with it. Well, animals that go with and without it. He now knows many of the sounds that farm animals make, and thanks to 2 awesome books from the Thompsons, he knows many sounds that wild animals make too. OK, so sometimes the cow will "hoot" and the chicken will "howl", but you gotta start somewhere right?
