Happy Father's Day! We woke Daddy up bright and early on Father's Day. He and Adam have had a little routine on Sunday mornings since we moved back. They get up and dressed and head in to John's Bakery. Every Sunday they get pretty much the same things. And every Sunday when they get back Adam tells me he has a surprise for me. It is always the little bag of donuts and Daddy has the rest. We all look forward to this little routine and I have a feeling our little Tanker Jace will be looking forward to the sweets too! I offered to get out at dawn since it was Father's Day and all, but Daddy wouldn't think of missing out on this fun time with his big boy. Especially on Father's Day!

Waiting for our Saturday to begin....Since Jace has learned to sit by himself he loves to be up. He looks around and plays with whatever is close to him. I am glad to report that this new positioning has helped his reflux quite a bit and he is now on Prevacid every other day! YAY!

Dad wanted to check out the car show in Buffalo so that was our first stop on Saturday. We looked at all of the old and new cars although Mom and Dad are fans of the oldies. When we were dating (a looong time ago) we used to like to go to car shows. We even made it to the Corvette museum which is a place we would like to take the boys as well.

Adam stopped off at the bounce house for a bit. Thankfully he was the only one in it at the time so he had it all to himself. Mommy usually hates these things as there are usually a multitude of kids in them and half of them are way to big for it! So we were pleased that our little man got to have fun and not get pushed around by any bratty big kids!

Stopped by the firehouse. Adam got to sit in a firetruck and was even offered a fireman's helmet....

....he declined. But Daddy didn't!

Great Aunt Shannon was up so we headed out to The Great's house for a visit and a quick swim. Adam found the water a bit chilly and wasn't convinced when we told him there were no aligators in the water. Dang Diego!

And he's back in! Adam found that he loved the water and like with the pool, picked up from where he left off last year.

Just one of the boys wrestling around on the floor!

This was after the donut from the Sunday morning donut run had been eaten. Adam doesn't care much for getting his faced washed off. It often takes a headlock from Daddy-O to get it done!

Dad's favorite spot in the whole world! Adam, Jace and I are the three luckiest people in the world to have Brock in our lives. He is an amazing husband and father. He is an amazing person!

Working off the donuts! We enjoyed our Sunday even more than we enjoyed Saturday. We played, watched movies and napped! We had a great dinner at Grammy and Pap's. Pap is the master of the grill and the BBQ ribs were awesome!

Father's Day weekend was winding down, but Adam and Jace were still all amped up. It was a great weekend celebrating our great Daddy/hubby and we will continue to do so all year long!
