Mr. Independent

This is our spin on frozen yogurt! It seems this is all he wants to eat since he has been sick, and that's fine with me since it is just yogurt! Not too messy either...

Adam is growing up so fast! He prefers to do most things now by himself. For example, at every meal he uses a spoon or a fork, correctly, and eats just like a big boy. He likes to throw things away for Dad (Mom does it for him), Dad just has to push the pedal on the can. Adam likes to wash and rinse himself in the tub, put his own lotion on, drink from a regular cup, feed the dog, feed us, and the list goes on and on.
While he plays great with other kids we feel it is time to get him into some sort of structured playtime. We just signed him up for his first Gymboree class which starts the 1st of March. We know he will do great with this situation as he has done with everything else. Since he has been at home with us he has no separation issues (just cries when one of us leaves) and he has always allowed anyone to hold or talk to him without crying or throwing a fit. I just hope the other kids are ready for him as some of you know, he likes to give his older cousins the old what for!
