Summer Of Firsts

The theme for this summer is "The Summer of Firsts". We are completely enjoying watching Adam experience so many things for the first time. We went for a boat ride on Uncle Josh's boat on Geist Resevoir Sunday. Adam was so excited from the time we got into the boat until we docked. He was completely alert and captivated by everything that he say and it is so amazing to see that in his little face! We decided that before we would go out and by a lifejacket for this summer we would do a test run with some of Lainey's jackets. We saw what a hard time it was for Aunt Car to find one that suited Little Miss so they have quite a collection. We finally found one that fit well on Bubba and will go and get him a "boy" one this week!
In following the theme of the summer we are headed up to Monticello for Adam's first annual 4th of July boat day/cookout next weekend. This includes cornhole, beerpong, and an awesome fireworks show put on by Dad and Uncle Cory. We are anxious to see how our Big Time holds up throughout the weekend as it is packed with fun.
